Terms of Service

The rules for using the Sales Hello website and partner platform, for advertisers, publishers and influencers alike.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sales Hello (“Sales Hello”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply to our website at saleshello.com (the “Website”) and our partner platform at publisher.saleshello.com (the “Platform”), together the “Services”.

By using the Services or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” means the company. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What Sales Hello does

Sales Hello runs an affiliate and influencer marketing network. Advertisers create programs that set the commission, cookie window and rules for promoting their products. Publishers and influencers (“partners”) apply to those programs, promote them with tracking links, and earn commission on confirmed sales or other agreed actions. Sales Hello provides the tracking, reporting and payment tools that connect them.

Each program’s own terms, shown on the Platform, form part of these Terms for that program. If a program’s terms conflict with these Terms, the program’s terms apply to that program.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Give accurate, complete information when you sign up and keep it up to date, including your websites, social profiles and payout details.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once at legal@saleshello.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Each person or business may hold one partner account unless we agree otherwise.
  • We may approve or decline any application, and advertisers decide which partners join their programs.

Rules for publishers and influencers

When promoting a program, you must:

  • follow the program’s terms, including any limits on keywords, coupon sites, email, paid social or regions;
  • clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission, the UK Advertising Standards Authority and similar rules where you operate;
  • describe products honestly and use only the brand assets the advertiser provides or approves;
  • comply with all laws that apply to your content, including consumer protection, data protection and anti-spam laws.

You must not:

  • generate fake, automated or incentivized clicks or conversions unless the program expressly allows incentives;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, pop-ups or other methods that set tracking without a genuine click;
  • bid on an advertiser’s brand terms or use misleading domains where the program forbids it;
  • send spam or promote programs on sites with illegal, hateful, adult or infringing content;
  • alter, mask or tamper with tracking links.

Rules for advertisers

  • Describe your program accurately, including commission rates, cookie windows and any restrictions.
  • Keep tracking correctly installed, and report conversions accurately and on time.
  • Approve or reverse conversions within the validation period agreed for your program. Reversals must be for a genuine reason, such as a return, cancellation, unpaid order or fraud.
  • Pay invoices in full by their due date.
  • Offer only lawful products and services, and give partners only creatives you have the right to use.

Tracking and commissions

  • Commissions are earned only on conversions that are tracked by the Platform and confirmed by the advertiser under the program’s terms.
  • Our tracking records are the basis for calculating commissions. If tracking fails because of a technical fault, we will work with the advertiser and partner in good faith to resolve it, but we cannot guarantee that every click or conversion is recorded.
  • Advertisers may reverse conversions for returns, cancellations, unpaid orders, fraud or breach of program terms. Reversed conversions are not payable, and commission already paid on them may be deducted from future payouts.

Payments

  • We pay partners for confirmed commissions on NET-30 terms after the advertiser has confirmed them and we have received payment from the advertiser, subject to any minimum payout amount shown in your account.
  • You are responsible for giving correct payout details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax forms or other information the law requires before paying you.
  • We may hold payments while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, and we may cancel commissions that come from prohibited activity.
  • Advertisers pay the fees and commissions set out in their program and invoices. Late payments may lead to programs being paused.

Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, design, text and logos, belong to Sales Hello or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose while your account is in good standing.

Advertisers keep ownership of their brands and creatives, and grant partners in their programs a limited right to use them to promote the program. You keep ownership of the content you create, and give us permission to display it within the Services as needed to run them.

Confidentiality

Program terms, commission rates, performance reports and other non-public information you see through the Services are confidential. Use them only to take part in the network, and do not share them without permission.

Acceptable use of the Services

Do not misuse the Services. That includes trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the Services or their security, scraping or copying the Platform, reverse engineering our software, or using the Services to break the law.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account, remove a partner from a program or withhold commissions if you break these Terms or a program’s terms, if we suspect fraud, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. Confirmed commissions earned legitimately before closure remain payable under the Payments section.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, sales or earnings, and we are not responsible for the products, services or content of advertisers and partners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sales Hello is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us or we paid you in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate Sales Hello for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your content, your promotions, your products or your breach of these Terms or the law.

Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may change the Services and update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will give account holders reasonable notice by email or through the Platform. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Sales Hello is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@saleshello.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

General

These Terms, together with any program terms and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization or sale of our business.
